Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the new technology platform, new research and development direction of early research and development related experimental design and verification work;
2. Be responsible for the development or optimization of human or mouse immune cell culture methods and cryopreservation methods;
3. Be responsible for the project data recording, sorting, analysis, reporting and patent disclosure writing;
4. Be responsible for leading the new employees familiar with the laboratory environment, as well as experimental operation skills training;
5. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the exclusive equipment, reagents and consumables of this department;
6. Assist in the daily management of the experimental area under the jurisdiction of this department;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in time.

Job Requirements
1. Undergraduates with more than 2 years working experience in related fields or recent graduates with master's degree who have a high degree of conformity with our research content;
2. Good English literature reading ability, experimental design ability and data analysis ability;
3. Familiar with molecular biology, cell biology research and development related basic experimental technology, can independently carry out experimental operations;
4. Be practical, self-motivated, have good communication skills, obey superior management and have team spirit;
5. Experience in primary immune cell culture (such as T or NK), retrovirus packaging, cell culture medium or cryopreservation solution development is preferred.
